It is very important to choose the correct frame height. This will prevent cycling injuries and ensure a good cycling speed. It also makes for more comfortable cycling.
Inside leg length
To accurately measure your inside leg, stand barefoot with your feet slightly apart (15 cm). Then measure the length of the inside leg from the floor up to the crotch. Multiply your inside length by 0.66 and round down. You now have the correct frame size.
Example: 90 cm x 0.66 = 59.4 cm. Rounded: 59 cm.
